Beware your trustee.

I have noticed that the quality of the work that trustee’s are doing has gone down due to the fact that they are so busy. As their volumes increase they seem to be lumping people together and unfairly challenging people. The staff seems to become angry and if you add even an inkling of extra work for them they become agitated and take out their frustrations on the clients themselves.
